good care of our products if an item is faulty in any way, we will
provide a full refund or exchange. However, we cannot accept the
delivery cost on returned items.
Refunds MUST
be requested within 7 days of purchase and must be returned in original
packaging and in original condition.
We draw your
attention to the laundry instructions included with your item, and point
out that we cannot accept items for refund or exchange if they have been
damaged during the washing process.

or exchange the item must be returned immediately contact has been made
with your representative. Your name, address and order number must be
clearly indicated with the returned item.

Out of Stock items
When submitting
an order, if any item is placed on backorder, you may choose to have the
in-stock items delivered immediately. The remaining item will be
